Watch: Rita Ora Covers Mumford & Sons’ ‘Lover Of The Light’

With her US debut LP set to drop later this year, fans of Rita Ora will be all too eager to learn how the success of her UK debut has shaped her ear when crafting new material.

Now, as we join those fans in eager anticipation, the starlet arrived at BBC Radio 1’s ‘Live Lounge‘ for an intimate performance, which saw her cover the Mumford & Sons classic, ‘Lover Of The Light‘.

Shedding all kinds of light on her rich tone and lighthearted personality, her cover of the cut has us hoping her new LP gives fans mid-tempos similar to this one, almost as strong as her cover of Frank Ocean‘s ‘Swim Good’.
