With the release of Fantasia‘s new album ‘Side Effects Of You’ drawing nearer, the American Idol alum has given fans a preview of the hotly anticipated set.
As earlier reported, the Soul-filled songbird stopped the Tom Joyner Morning Show to perform new single ‘Lose To Win’ this week; while there she also shared select clips from ‘Side Effects’.

Lovin these snippets! I know some of you won’t agree with me but i think she should release the album in May or June because lose to win (even though it’s a great song), isn’t doing anything significant on the charts (last time i checked, it peaked at #47 on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart). I think she needs to drop another single or two (like those two upbeat/midtempo songs you heard at the beginning) before the album is released because she is a very talented woman and i really want her to succeed as an artist. She deserves it 🙂

I’m truly excited for this album. Fantasia, Brandy, Beyonce and Kem just to name a few are the only artists albums that I would buy without listening to a single track beforehand. Yes, I know Brandy’s previous effort “Human” not up to par. However, I love Fantasia’s voice and the songs she chooses to put on her albums. I will be getting the Target version though because I want my two extra tracks! I will always support her endeavors! Go Fanny!
