All too often, the phrase “comeback” is thrown around like clothes in a tumble dryer. However, for Fantasia, new album ‘Side Effects of You’ not only embodies the term, it expands on it. For, beyond its solid opening week numbers and current hit ‘Without Me’, the entire campaign has represented a very visible turn around in the star’s life.
Keen to share her story, the 28-year-old stopped by The Today Show this morning, where she waxed honest about overcoming, touring with Andrea Bocelli, returning to Broadway (!), and more.

While some folk “stan” for songs and albums, Ms. Barrino has us ever excited about her career. Indeed, after serving up (and actively pushing) her album, she’s proving herself a versatile touring act with this Bocelli stint, and now has her eyes on Broadway again. We feel spoiled! More power to her.
