Jennifer Lopez Readies Premiere of Biography Special As ‘Live It Up’ Hits #1

Published: Saturday 6th Jul 2013 by Rashad

Camp Lopez has much cause to celebrate as accolade after accolade roll in for its triple threat leader Jennifer Lopez.

As the year has already seen her achievements honored by amFAR and landing the 2,500th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the diva teased fans with news of a fall-due album rumored to feature Chris Brown, Mary J. Blige, and, of course, kicked off by Pitbull.

Days before Lopez – the recently appointed Chief Creative Officer of NUVOtv – is set to share her life story of accomplishments via the biographical special ‘Her Life. Her Journey’, the songstress also received word that she notched her 14th #1 on the Billboard’s Hot Dance Club Play Chart with current single ‘Live It Up’!

Tuck in below for the advert for ‘Her Life’ set to air July 18th on NUVOtv…

She’s so beautiful and lovely but ‘Live it Up’ is s*** and as a stand of her i’m glad it flopped, maybe that way she learn about her mistake and she does something fresh and cool just like she is, she should live up to her coolness, in my eyes she is one of the best Pop star ever….

    Plays: Mile in these shoes.

#1 on the Dance charts but where is it on the Hot 100? What happened to J.Flop slaying Mariah’s #Beautiful? Lol this wash b**** is past her prime, no one is checking for her!

It’s sad how she has talent but waste it on generic songs.

    • Music July 7, 2013

Her voice is generic. That’s y. Only talent she has is dancing. I like the song tho.

Ciara Living it up > Jlo live it up

  13. G July 7, 2013

Jennifer Lopez has blazed a trail for Latina women in the entertainment industry. But celebrating a #1 dance hit when you are use to billboard hot 100 success is not the move. The pitbull jlo glory days are so over, live it up flopped and now Jlo has to reinvent her sound and movement.

  14. Gogo July 7, 2013

  15. QueenKhia July 7, 2013

JLO still slaying the girls and getting to the MONEY…. She’s not worried about girls that sit behind the keyboard hatting with their bloated fingers, $50 lace fronts and missing teeth. #LiveItUp

TGJ the bias you perpetuate on this blog is nothing short of sickening. You continue to promote full posts to the flop of j.lo’s live it up as it was only able to make #1 on the dance chart yet peaked at a dismal #60 on the Hot 100. Where is the post that drops these facts?

However, this same feat that Mariah’s Triumphant reached on the dance chart was given no such promo or push. Even worse you continue to shade #Beautiful despite it being a so far top 20 smash with the way you skew the truth and word your posts to fit your needs at the time of writing.

This is your blog, and you can write as you want to. I just wish that with you billing yourself as one of the top Urban & pop music news blogs that you gave us the readers a more fair and accurate, and less biased read.

    #ThatISAll

it might not mean anything to anyone else but it’s her eleventh consecutive number 1 & she’s still being recognized for accomplishments. so i’m still stanning for her as well as the other great female entertainers who have the balls to continue to make music & work, make their money & not give a fck about what others think or say.
