In an interview with Bonnie Fuller‘s ‘Hollywood Life’ this week, the ‘Read My Lips‘ performer revealed that ‘Overdose’ would serve as the next international single, while the Future backed ‘Where You Go‘ would be pushed to her domestic market, as explained below.

After watching ‘Ciara’ spend its opening week in the Top Ten of many an album chart, there’s little doubt in our minds that ‘Overdose‘ is just the single to push sales of the release, and strengthen Ciara‘s positioning as an artist in foreign waters!
If handled half as well as ‘Party’ was, the performer is guaranteed a hit with the song, and – if all goes to plan- may become her biggest international hit to date.
It’s for this reason we hope a no expense spared approach is taken when crafting its video, which we’re hoping packs Elizabeth Honan esque choreography and a video that takes her into territory that’s both exotic and romantic, laced with moments akin to the below…
For, as great her last few videos have been, they have- in some respects- lacked the moments we’d say Frank Gatson could easily conjure up for her if he was called on to work on this video!
