Launched in partnership with Drew Gilpin Faust’s ‘Harvard University‘ in 2011, the ‘Born This Way Foundation‘ stands proud as a non-profit organisation whose aim it is to inspire youth and encourage fairness, tolerance and equality in all communities.
Now, three months before the arrival of GaGa’s new album ‘ARTPOP‘, she and her ever loyal Monsters continue to do just that with ‘Born Brave‘ initiative!
Made up of “localised, youth-led groups of supporters dedicated to building a kinder, braver world in their homes, schools, and communities”, the scheme now encourages community leaders to apply here, urging them to share how they hope to make their communities safer for all!
Needless to say, its ventures like these make GaGa’s cause all too easy to admire, using her star power to truly help and empower those in need.

Didn’t Madonna openly support the gays when it was incredibly unpopular to do so, and didn’t she do it at all times and not just when she had an album coming out?
TGJ, you guys are my favourite blogging site and yet you always write terrible articles on Gaga. You don’t think she actually gives a damn about helping people in need do you? She only cares when she’s got something new to promote.
Important things happened recently surrounding Gay Rights in America and she didn’t comment ONCE publicly until she had a single or album to promote.
She’s a genius at using other causes to manipulate what she wants, and you’re morons for falling for it.
I’m not a hater, the woman can SING, but she is not a self sacrificing and angelic as you would paint her as.
You guys are always so shady to Rihanna – and quite rightly so! But don’t become one of those crappy bias mediums that has artists they dislike (Riri) so you constantly write bad articles about her, and artists you like (Gaga) so you shove under the bed all the crap she does.

Gaga only reaches out to the LGBT community when she is trying to promote her music. I know she cares but that seems to be the only time she speaks up for us…when it benefits her. Like i said before when she is desperate to sell she reaches out to the LGBT community and when she wants atttention she acts like a freak.
