Ok I definitely feeling this track, and Becky G did a good job adding a little bit if swagg to this song. This is a song I actually do really like.
For sure, every new song she has released won’t be on the album. Or at least, that’s what I hope because that’s not a great strategy to reveal almost half of your album when you know it’s not going to be out soon.
But what’s great is that she’s not relinquishing her urban roots and it would be great to have a pop/urban album from her so that she could get the interest of everyone out there.
Although this track is very cool and catchy, I don’t find it exceptional. IMO, a lot of people are waiting for Jessie J to be as exceptional as her talent is.
She has only sang four. The first two singles, this, and Square One. The other two from this month are on two different movie soundtracks. The MJB song is for Mary’s album, not her own. She also has a song with Smokey Robinson, one with Robin Thicke for DJ Cassidy’s new album and one with Pharrell she just did the other day.
