Love these girls! They are the only girl group that did it for me since Destiny’s Child. This direction is way better than what Diddy was picking for them. It feels more organic and their voices sound awesome, but this won’t work as a first comeback single I don’t think.

It does have a throwback sound. Almost as if something Pharrell Willaims would have produced, sorta in the vein of “Blurred Lines,” and “Treasure,” a bit.
It’s not bad. Nothing special, but def a good album track, like most of their albums are filled with. They always do a good job on their albums of having little to no boring, pointless filler music.
I really hope they do NOT make Shannon their always go-to sing the Bridge girl… AKA Michelle Williams (DC3) type. That would be so wrong.

Sounds like a Warryn Campbell production (erica campbell of mary mary’s husband & producer). Can anyone confirm that for me? I love it. It’s crazy how people say its dated. There is an absolute difference between “sounding dated” and paying homage to an era, sound, or artist. This is the later and it definitely does it well (with a touch of modernity and classicism).
