Following the drama that saw Day26 implode three years ago, one would be forgiven for assuming the group would serve up political correctness now that all members have reunited for a comeback project.
Wrong.
Refreshingly, Willie, Que, Mike, Brian, and Robert are waxing all the way honest about what caused their break-up, as well as their experience in the music industry.
The quintet sat down and dished with our friends over at Madame Noire.
Peep the insightful interview after the jump…
Though the “frankness” bordered on “awkward” at times, it’s great to see the guys keeping it 100. Having declared that they are pushing forward independently (for now), here’s hoping a label pick them up pronto, as those harmonies showcased at the start of interview are exactly what the charts are thirsty for.
I am very sorry, but if they want to make it past the stage they are now they have to get their looks together. The one in the red and the one at the top are too chubby.
Don’t nobody give a damn about know day 26
This will not last. You guys will not make any type of splash and that’s just real. Que will be bitching and crying again before the first single flops…i mean drops.
Well damn, Mikey (isn’t he the fat one?) looks thinner than the two on the bottom. I recall Diddy saying you gotta be in shape, you gotta look like super stars. Q is still stupid.
I wish these guys luck, but if they’re going to make it, they need to come back on fire. It’s a myth that you have to have a certain look or size to succeed in music, but it’s totally true that you have to have good, or at least catchy, material.
Its “no” not “know” you fool and come to think about it, why are you here Puss Boy? I mean Po Boy?
Which one do you have a crush on you f**
Poor Que… Still dumb as f***, He’ll be kicked out again. What the f*** is he rambling about?
