“4” Sold 1.4 Million inin the U.S alone. It debuted at #1 with first week sales of 300K more than any Rih albums. But I guess in Beyonce’s HIGH Standards, it is definitely considered a flop. She’s her own competition and I’m glad that she outdid herself with “BEYONCE”. (If only she would promote that S***, it could do wonders).
And yes “4” was one of her best albums vocally and lyrically, which just shows her level of artistry is huge. And don’t. Blame the Hive for not supporting the album to the fullest. People these days don’t buy real albums. It’s rare n unfortunate.

That’s not true. I loved the Album and I think it’s one of the greatest RnB/Funk albums of all time!
Matter of fact it was named the best RnB album of 2011. As long as Bey is critically acclaimed and praised by the critics/her peers, I don’t really care much about sales, plus. The album actually did pretty good.
But did it even outsell RR? Which has a higher metric score than 4ever a struggle? Doesn’t Jay Z have thousands of albums but how much has he sold compared to Rihanna? I’ll wait for that one.
Point is no matter how you flip it, spell it, deny it or try to change it. 4 was a flop and now Hippo is a mediocre because of all that promotion and hype it only did how much?

Jay Z’s “Vol. 2 Hard Knock life” album has sold 5.2 Million in the U.S alone, more than any Rihanna album. Rihanna doesn’t even have Any 3×3 platinum album, so what’s your point in bringing Jay Z in the picture? He has 4 x3 platinum albums. Rihanna has NONE. All of Rihannas album are only certified x1 platinum except for one. So who’s the mediocre here?
And you say Beyonce only does well in the U.S right? Welp, “DrIL” sold 4.9 Million in the U.S ALONE(When will Rih?) And 11.5 Million WW. Which means she sold
