Unfortunately, not everyone has much to celebrate on a commercial tip today. For, in paying homage to its single “You”re Mine”, Mariah Carey“s “The Elusive Chanteuse” bids adieu to any chances of nabbing commendable sales when it fell of iTunes USA”s albums chart!
So poor are the LP”s sales, that it finds itself being outperformed by Ariana Grande“s 2013 debut “Yours Truly” which sits at #48 and Bruno Mars” “Unorthodox Jukebox”, released in 2012.

Not a fan of Trey but congrats to him. The thing with Trey is that he is actually aware he hasn’t crossed over that much yet. He and CB came out the same year but Chris’ career took off quicker due to his music and image having a more Pop leaning. He’s almost 30 and in order for him to experience a proper breakout moment a la R. Kelly with the “R.” album, he needs to pen songs that have a much broader appeal than s**, getting Turnt etc. As for Mariah, give it a rest TGJ. We get it, her album flopped. How much coverage will you give to other upcoming flops.
