Rita Ora‘s brand hustle knows no bounds.
The ‘Black Widow’ belter has bagged herself an extended endorsement deal with fashion house DKNY.
Having previously posed to promote the label’s jeans line last year, 23-year-old Ora fronts the campaign for the company’s new MYNY fragrance and today unwrapped the first televised commercial for the scent.
The spot features a new song titled ‘A Little More’, which is believed to be lifted from the Roc Nation darling’s upcoming new album (which’ll serve as her sophomore UK effort and debut US release).
Needless to say, the gig certainly stands as quite the coup for the singer’s LP.

Hard to congratulate when I’m not sure how she got the commercial…sips tea…woman have slept their way to better roles and offers than that so when she reforms then I’ll praise.

I think part of the reason she hasn’t really caught on in the US is because of all these deals she has but no one here knows her music. Its odd seeing an unknown artist land mag covers and endorsement deals yet you’ve never heard their music. Of course she’s getting paid so I’m sure she doesn’t care much but Roc messed up by not focusing on her music. They have a brand but no artist.

Add to it the rumors about her and it puts a bad taste in your mouth seeing the number of endorsement deals.
I think if you do have an artist who has a strong personality or style/musical talent you can take advantage of getting them early into endorsement deals. The problem is Rita is bland as fck.
No matter what her team says they were pushing hard as fck to make her a Rihanna clone and by the time she was getting mocked for that they started to try to make her more individual it was too little too late.
Now she’s got tons of deals but no one really cares for her personality, style, or music.
Is she really famous in the UK?, this is a serious question, here in the States no one knows her, i don’t know of a single person who knows about her, i only know her because of this site and still i find her music so generic and basic, so what’s the big deal.
