it took about 3 listens to truly appreciate it. I don’t believe its an immediate hit!!! I love her creativity and directions… (at times though i feel its beyond this time… while everyone is doing familiar sounds she’s exploring further…)
This is very Brocka! I like the song, it’s packing a strong vocal performance. I just don’t know if her music is meant to be released as singles. It’s not always radio-friendly.
TGJ you need to do your research before posting! CASTLES is not on BLACKHEART. Dawn hasn’t even released any snippets of the album & only 1 song only on YouTube. She wants the release to be a completely new experience for everyone. So yeah people, CASTLES is not on the new album. BLACKHEART is not going to be commercial like CASTLES.
But castles IS on the album……Since you did your “research” you would know she released the track listing a while ago.
Wow, she looks so different, but I’ve always enjoyed her musically the most out of DK. She was always the star in my eyes. I’ll listen to the new album.
