R&B blazer Chris Brown doesn’t dally.

This year alone, the dynamite performer pressed on with promotion for recent album ‘X’ and released a collaboration LP with Tyga christened ‘Fan of a Fan.’

Today, proving that his hustle is infallible, C. Breezy announced the title of his next studio effort.

Find out what it’s been named after the jump…

Writing to his 15 million Twitter followers today, the 26-year-old confirmed ‘Royalty’ as the LP’s title:

Fans needn’t search far for the inspiration for the title – the singer’s one year old daughter is called Royalty.

What’s more, from where we’re standing, despite all of his mishaps, Chris remains at the forefront of the Urban male market. Hence, the album’s title certainly fits.

We say bring it on!

      fame sucked.
his first and second were good.
his new one will be bunch of mediocre songs like loyal

    • Molly #September4thSurprise August 22, 2015

Fame and Fortune are my favorite Chris albums.

      • Faf August 22, 2015

I liked Exclusive and Fame more than his first, even I didn’t like Fortune besides Dont Judge Me and X was like a mixtape

      • Tyler Makivelli August 22, 2015

F.A.M.E is his best album to date. “Dueces”, “Look At Me Now”, and “No Bull” were pure fire. They put him back on the map. Since everybody jumped ship after the inicident.

    • RihYonce August 22, 2015

FAME was his best album other than his debut in my opinion , I didn’t like Fortune & X was a great album as well as Exclusive , Chris usually never disappoints when it comes to his music , he would be so much better off if people just f****** let go of that Rihanna mess

  2. Molly #September4thSurprise August 22, 2015

Damn another album? Didn’t he just release X like 6 months ago? He’s just as overexposed as Nicki.

    • Barb-wire August 22, 2015

You really should worry about Jackie Sis! The
amount of dust you paying it equals to the
amount of attention you spend talking about
      Nicki. Tragic

  4. XXX August 22, 2015

    • RihYonce August 22, 2015

No Chris brown and Ciara are in totally different lanes , Chris brown is ruling R&B for males while Ciara is at the bottle for Females

      • Tyler Makivelli August 22, 2015

Right! I know Bobby Beige is crazy but what black R&B male is doing bigger things than him right now?

  5. boutdatlife August 22, 2015

Um. They cut the video off lol.. I like the ending

Why are you so pressed about Rihanna; this post has nothing to do with her. Go help Nicki find her walls and help Jackie scan nickel. #10k

      • Tyler Makivelli August 22, 2015

B****, shut up. Chris Brown releases every 5 seconds just like his ex punching bag.

      • Faf August 22, 2015

        Who sold 10k?

      • Faf August 22, 2015

Furthermore Nicki and walls shouldn’t bee the concern of a Thothanna Fan

” b****, shut up. Chris Brown releases every 5 seconds just like his ex punching bag”

  8. Quinton251 AKA Lil Wayne Stan August 22, 2015

Ugh a new album already, maybe he should just take time off. He’s drowning the public, with his music.

    • Tyler Makivelli August 22, 2015

He’s a singles artist. If he takes time off he might just end up falling off too

      • RihYonce August 22, 2015

Chris is NOT a singles artist wtf

      • Tyler Makivelli August 22, 2015

I remember “Loyal” being a huge but how much did “X” sell again???

      • Molly #September4thSurprise August 22, 2015

How is Chris not a singles artist? When all his recent albums flop?

  9. RihYonce August 22, 2015

I love Chris & I’m ready for new music I was hoping he would wait until mid 2016 , but either way expect some hits from this album he is the best male performer in the game but after this album he should definetly take a break

Receipts of 25 mill? I know the CSection is a little bit slow but I’m sure you’d be able to find a reliable source since from when HermCici used to chart.

      • Molly #September4thSurprise August 22, 2015

Google it sis…….. I know barbz are 12 but yall should know how to do a little research.

  13. coolness August 22, 2015

Chris is not only overexposed in terms of (negative) media presence, but he releases too much music with very little breaks in between. The way he just let last year’s ‘X’ die out was disappointing. I wanted Drunk Texting to be a single! Not to mention, he and Tyga’s joint album was a flop. Seeing that he’s named his 7th album after his baby girl, I’m hoping for more depth in terms of lyrical content and more commitment to vocals. However, judging by first single, Liquor, a song about wanting to drink and f*ck, the hope I’m holding out isn’t too strong. Good luck nonetheless.

  14. AnnaliseKeatingsNewWig August 22, 2015

The title is sweet, but realistically he’s still going to be singing about hœs, drinking and clubbing. 7 albums in and he has had little musical growth, the only thing that changes is the production (which features whoever is hot right now), but lyrically he’s stagnant. He needs to produce something on the lines of Usher’s Confession for me to take him seriously again.

    • coolness August 22, 2015

It’s worth noting that Chris is on 7th album – the same amount Usher has released – but in less than half the time the latter the has been in the industry (10 years vs 22). I wish Chris would take some time off and then come out with something truly worthwhile. His discography is enjoyable for the most part but I don’t think he has a standout album (or two) like his predecessors do.

      • AnnaliseKeatingsNewWig August 22, 2015

Hit the nail on the head????????, he’s talented and even though most of his music is trashy, a lot of it is catchy and fits the market right now. Like you correctly said before, he’s oversaturated. Thats crazy tho, 7 albums in a decade is way too much IMO. I could honestly shuffle his entire discography and not be able to distinguish what song is from what year or era because there is no growth (the only indicator would be the baby voice he had on his 1st album lol).

  15. Theman August 22, 2015

Yeah he’s releasing too much music. He needs an album that sets him apart from the typical R&b artists. He’s a great dancer/performer. But it seems like he does the same stuff over & over. He also stopped promoting his last era too quickly.

  16. Casual-T August 22, 2015

CB needs to go in a different direction. The first time I heard Thinking Out Loud, I thought it was Chris Brown. Ed Sheeran and CB don’t sing in the same genre, but tonally, they have the same voice. Plus, think about the ending to the song: “WE FOUND LOVE right where we are . . . ”
    /p
Over the years, CB has had hits across the spectrum. I hope he ventures out a little this time.

    BROTHAS & SISTAHS SUPPORT…

The CW announced that an animated web-series origin story centered on black female superhero Vixen would be debuting on CW Seed (cwseed dot com) or the @CWSeed app on Tuesday, August 25, 2015. It will be set in the same universe of sibling CW series Arrow and The Flash. The character is expected to make live-action appearance on The Flash and/or Arrow as well. The 6-part series will be set in Detroit, Michigan; and IF SUCCESSFUL COULD LEAD TO A LIVE-ACTION ADAPTION!.

We always say we need more DIVERSITY, if we support this there’s no telling where this could lead. They got all these huge superhero movies they’re working on with barely any BLACK WOMEN in them, this could POSSIBLY lead to that.

  18. Jon August 23, 2015

Cool. Album’s named after his daughter. I hope for it to be much more mature.
