Adele‘s ’25’ album campaign decended onto the ‘Saturday Night Live’ stage over the weekend. As part of a lucrative lock-out deal with NBC, the British singer wowed with unforgettable showings of new material from ’25.’
Songs performed included haunting hit ‘Hello,’ ‘When We Were Young,’ and ‘Send My Love (To Your Next Lover).’
The 27-year-old’s set came after sales of the project look set to blaze past the 2.5 million mark in the United States and as she dominates the charts with the heartbreak-driven set.
Watch Ms. Adkins deliver a dynamite vocal showing below…
Hello
When We Were Young
Adele, Adele, Adele! Such spirited showings. ‘Hello’ especially was exquisite.
But I thought bayonce was the king, the greatest, better vocalist than Mariah, better dancer than Janet, the whole package, why can’t the people see that and buy her albums, is it all marketing?, she pushed her brand as hard as she could, why can’t she be half as good. WHY?
Because when one is spectacular… They can expect a golden plate of love with a large creamy slice of cheesy hate on it.
Go slaydele Go!
YAY I’m so glad that tgj is working again! This is my favorite blog and I came back to check like everyday lol.
It’s clear she’s going to surpass NSYNC’s record even without the stream sales counted. (I mentioned this before but I personally don’t count streams) But will she manage to outsell ’21’ only time will tell.
Meh! Celine Dion just slayed her with her totally live performance at the AMAS and at 50 years old. Yes that´s how much the music industry has declined if we have to take Adele´s showings as something memorable and the best out there nowadays. She´s very weak belting. She should go back to the type of songs she wrote for her first album.
Remember her live showing at the oscars when nobody stood up? Yeah underwhelming again.
