Roc Nation’s Rita Ora has her hands full these days, thanks to her role as a judge on The X Factor and the completion of her hotly anticipated album.
She’s also pounding the promotional trail in support of new Sigma single ‘Coming Home’ which she guests on.
The latter brought her to the Capital FM studios this week, where she playfully took on Adele‘s hit ‘Hello’ as well as Drake‘s ‘Hotline Bling’ in a game of “Instaoke.”

THIS GIRL is not being embraced in the US, she does NOT have that it factor. She’s weirdly cute, but that’s about it.
Vocally, she does not bring anything to the table. She is very fashionable but with Beyonce, Rihanna, Mariah, Taylor, Ciara and all these other girls there isn’t much room for a made for music it girl.

You spoke some real truth. For me her vocals just bore me. And I say this liking a song or two from her. Also looking like a Rihanna clone isn’t doing her any favors at all. She just keeps NOT happening here in America though.
Rihanna may not have a Whitney/Mariah/Celine voice or Janet/Madonna dance moves and sexuality. But Rihanna has that bad girl swag and great radio records which keeps her on the brink of stardom.
Rita Ora is attractive, great fashion sense and appears to be cool (other than dating Rob kardashian)
I think she can sing (her voice doesn’t really have character though) but the way Roc Nation tried to market her as a Rihanna 2.0 early in her career really did her in.

Roc Nation throw notes and coins after this chick to no avail. Melanie Fiona & Bridget Kelly were the casualties of her “success” and both are more talented than her.
I personally find her music basic along with her personality, and looks. If only Tiffany Evans or Alexandra Burke was given this budget they would fly because they could both sing and dance her under the table
Instead of performing songs that have already smashed in the U.S., Rita should be promoting the hell out of “Body on Me” and “Poison” to ensure that she has attempted every measure necessary to finally break in the U.S. I hope she steered clear of attempting to cover “Hometown Glory” and “Skyfall” too.

I find her so annoying on the x factor ,she keeps gaping at the crowd like a moron ,no creativity no talent no sense of worth.
True though she surely outsings riri & I can’t deny I like the girl because she is beautiful plus I like IWNLYD & BOM. The problem is the start off of her career was definitely not handled well at all plus her several media/boy friend(esp Calvin Harris s****) didn’t paint her well. Best of lucky next year.
