Rihanna is heading to the Grammys!

As reports of a new Beyonce project heat up Rihanna has announced that she will support her new album ‘ANTI’ with a performance at this year’s Grammy Awards ceremony in Los Angeles on February 15th.
Her performance will see her join a number of peers who have also signed up to rock the ceremony’s stage in support of her respective releases, and will come one year after she delivered a live rendition of her buzz cut ‘FourFiveSeconds’ at its 2015 ceremony.
to be honest, Rihanna along with Beyonce are total flops looking to hit big jackpots on itunes and get awards they didn’t deserve. these days there’s only one great hint song in the whole album. bloody waste of money. these musician ain’t putting enough effort into making the music or album great…value for money. Rihanna like Beyonce like Britney Spears have given up on making music and are now choosing the easy way out: performing & dancing whilst lip syncing.

You said it right; you’re a “casual fan” thus this album isn’t for you. The songs on this album reflect the music she’s had in her catalog since Rated R. Furthermore, her reign isn’t anywhere near up. It’s one thing if she released a We Found Love pt. 2 and it flopped. Rather, she created an album purposefully to defy pop. If you’re looking for a catchy dance track, I heard Bieber’s album can satisfy your needs.

Honestly, live showings are not her strength. Her dancing is tragic(especially for Caribbean girl standards), her vocals are boring (if you’re lucky she will perhaps AT LEAST sing it exactly like the studio version verbatim, minus the studio enhancement) and quite frankly you can see more entertaining and passionate performers and singers at your local community center talent show. She’s yet to have a universally acclaimed/remembered/cemented live showing.
Always being invited to the Grammy stage. 🙂 She’ll be back next year, picking up Album of the Year as well.
