Rihanna’s ‘Work’ holds its #2 spot on the Official Singles Chart but may soon find itself booted by Beyonce’s ‘Hymn’ after it twirled three spots to #7 on the tally this week.
This move came after it leaped into the Top Ten last week.
If the cut reaches the spot spot it will stand tall as her sixth solo #1 in the market and would take place after she learned that her music had spent 287 weeks in the Top 40 and 89 impressive weeks in the Top Ten.
‘Weekend’ leads the way for the star’s next studio which is reportedly set for release in April.
