While rumors of a feud with former tour mate Justin Bieber brew, donut-licking diva Ariana Grande appears to have left a sour taste in the mouth of yet another multi-talented musician.

Indeed, just a year after being slammed for claims of copycatting, now British producer Mura Masa is coming forward with allegations of infringement against the songstress.  Asserting her new song ‘Be Alright,’ the follow-up to her most recent top 10 hit ‘Dangerous Woman’ (from her third album of the same name), is a ‘rip off’ of one of his better known tunes, ‘Firefly,’ the producer got her faithful #Arianators all riled up with his short, but not-so-sweet tweets.

Hear the tunes below and compare:  did Ari jack Masa’s tune?  We await your weigh in…

Yoooo when I heard “Be Alright” it did sound familiar. It’s like a mashup of Mura Massa and Katy Perry’s “Walking On Air.” Furthermore, “Dangerous Woman” sounds like a knock off of Rihanna’s “Desparado.” Boy I tell ya, these poptarts be doing anything for a hit. It’s sad to see a girl with so much talent, be so thirsty along with no creative bone in her body. It’s like she just wants to wake up one day and be Britney Spears. That sh*t don’t come easy!

      • SWISH March 25, 2016

lmfao this comment shows how ignorant you are when it comes to music .. but carry on I guess ??

      • Rihboy March 25, 2016

Love on the brain and superpower have two different sounds and two different styles. Shut up. Who would want to rip off that flop song

      • Hmmm… March 25, 2016

Love on the brain most definitely favors “I’d rather go blind” by Etta James. And as if Beyoncé fans are the only ones who has pointed that out. USA today’s Anti review: Love on the Brain- “…with a diva-ready melody and cozy doo-wop nostalgia that recalls her highest-profile R&B peer — this sounds like a Beyonce song.”

Nobody really cares bout Ariana because she is just making music for the moment and 3 albums in hasn’t made one classic song or real mark in the industry (that one hit) There have been girls with better voices that have failed to hit the big time or maintain success (Leona Lewis, Charice,JoJo) but there is something about Ariana that makes her come across as if she’s entitled to it instead of having to really work at it, she doesn’t have an identified image (that bunny s** mask is the pits) sound (everything she’s done) and it’s like someone said “you have a nice voice, imma make you a star” and her parents sold her into something.

    • Lake Erie March 25, 2016

Damn, lmao! This was harsh and I am dying @ the Bunny comment lmao!!!

I knew when I heard the beginning of this song something sounded familiar. Not only this song but that feature she has with Lil Wayne is so Mariah Carey inspired! Giving me BreakDown and The Roof teases along with vocal arrangements and production. I like Ari to some degree but her impersonation especially on SNL was a dead give away this girl has no musical identity. I guess she though she saved herself with that “90 divas playlists” lol the shade wrote itself that day.

    • rosy3 March 25, 2016

They had the nerve to say she is the Mariah air apparent really in Mariah’s voice I dont know her Mariah songs when you listen to her gave you goose bumps that dont exist anymore with these wanna be I can go YouTube I can’t live without you by Mariah Carey gets me everytime and love take time Mariah was the first to collaborate with rappers music suppose to extend to the end of time Arianna needs several seats

  6. ???Chile, take this “Itty Bitty Piggy” to the market and make sure you hold her hand while crossing the street!??? March 25, 2016

Umm…well, she didn’t produce the song, so why come after her? She’s still a new artist trying to find her signature sound, especially after all those Mariah comparisons, so please give her some slack and let her “Break Free” for these nonsensical claims.

    • Sam March 26, 2016

You are not a new artist 3 albums on.

  7. StarXavi March 25, 2016

    There are some uncanny similarities…

  8. Lake Erie March 25, 2016

I mean, I still like the song “Be alright” but with this news surfacing? It’s just not a good look, especially with people thinking she was slowing going into her own lane smh. Idk …. first the donut, now this. But at least the dude didn’t come after her I guess. It looks like he wouldn’t of said anything had a fan not tweeted him.

  9. The Thot you’ll never be March 25, 2016

      I Can’t!

  14. J March 25, 2016

There are a bunch of songs that have that same sound, etc. Nothing new here. I get tired of producers claiming that they were ripped off because a song sounds similar. It’s called a genre for a reason. Ariana’s team should be more worried about the Natural Woman/Dangerous Woman comparisons tbh

  15. Tran anti no honey love time but it okay girl March 25, 2016

It does sound the same and people do it all the time to simple others artist song

  16. Eric June 15, 2016

I don’t know but Ariana Grande’s Dangerous Woman to me sounds a little like Aretha Franklin’s Natural Woman
