With the the world holding their glasses out for a taste of ‘Lemonade,’ it’s easy to see how any other announcement of new music may have flown under the radar this weekend.
Just ask Alicia Keys.
The 15-time Grammy winner, who has not released an album since 2012’s ‘Girl On Fire,’ officially revealed that new music is imminent.

Keys’ comments are consistent with words we’ve heard.
According to our sources, a sizeable portion of new music is complete – so much so that previews are already being played to head honchos at her label domestically and in international territories.
Could an album drop be around the corner.

She’s a talented artist but her last album wasn’t it. I would love if she continued the atmospheric, moody, Sade-esque direction she took with ‘Unthinkable’ all while keeping the raw soulful sound that made her first two albums instant classics. Wishing her luck.
