I kinda understand her passion and that she wants it but it comes off as try hard and annoying. Lauren can sing and id love her to take a rock/pop/r&b route. Her lowerer register is bananas. Dinah is cute but she lacks something and it comes across in her interviews but let’s keep in mind these girls are still young. But as I said before Normani has something special and I can see her burning the scene in her own lane.
I’d like a pop urban cross over record from her. I love that Beyonce is her idol and it shows.
I don’t think the girls are as divided as their fans want them to be but I do agree with you. Normani clearly is the special one simply because all the people who see their performances constantly point her out even people who aren’t fans. She just has star power and I think she was meant to be somewhere different in the long run after the group runs it’s course.
I think now the biggest problem that plagues girl groups are the fans themselves. Ever since destiny’s child people seriously think every group has a Beyoncé in it. I do agree every group has a favorite but that’s no reason to compare everyone to Beyoncé rather than giving the girls their own respect. Everyone in fifth deserves to be where they are cuz they’re working hard it and they all have raw talent when it comes down to it.

My girls are tired of performing WFH thats why they gave this flat performance. Normani is my bae and Ik she a star but she was flat still love her. Lauren was slow af on her delivery of the chorus (she’s tired of it lol). Ally has been doing a weird thing with her tone & delivery it’s weird and “hollow” bland?. Dinah was just meh on this one like she usually slays but? Camilla who I don’t even try to acknowledge was he one who was the MVP shining star vocals and Adlibs SLAYED! That dance break was great to BHt just had terrible angles. It was an overall 7 solid but they do way better all the time.
