BET are rolling out the red carpet for Fantasia, ahead of the release of her fifth studio album ‘The Definition Of…’
Tomorrow at 9pm, the network will air a special in honor of the R&B belter.
Aptly titled ‘The Definition Of…Fantasia,’ the show will see the singer perform a career-spanning set for an intimate audience at LA’s Microsoft Lounge.
Included in the songlist are hits such as ‘When I See You’ and ‘Free Yourself.’ New single ‘Sleeping With The One I Love’ was also performed.

Yes!!! This is what you call promo! I’m glad she’s not just doing the usual daytime morning show run because that won’t sell records. She needs to be on tv when people who will actually buy her record are watching and that is during prime time and late night. Plus, we all know BET will run this at least 20 times. Good job Fantasia!

This is the best promo trail I have seen from her however with her recent announcement she won’t be touring until January I hope she finds a way to keep the sales for this album going strong until then bc some of the fans aren’t feeling the new music and no shade it’s different from the norm for her for me so I’m debating on buying it bc I have to relate to the music for me to spend my money on it and sleeping was close but not close enuff TASIA SLAYS THOUGH just born In what I’ve heard from the album yet

She has been touring non stop since 2013 for SEOY. I’m sure she has something else up her sleeve. Maybe Broadway again? I heard she was supposed to be doing a movie also I’m not sure. I’m a huge Fanny fan and I love everything I’ve heard so far. The music is different, but she still has her signature stamp on it. Looking forward to this era and I hope she has more than two singles.
I LOVE that BET is doing this.. I was just thinking a couple weeks ago of the little specials networks would do to help promote music whether it be an album or music video and today we virtually have NONE of that!!! Which I feel is hurting our artists sales… So Kudos to BET and Fanny! Cant wait to hear the album, although none of the music has really brought me in I’ll still stream it
