It’s Britney b*tch!
After a year of false starts and false hopes (see: ‘Pretty Girls’ ft. Iggy Azalea, ‘Private Show,’ and more), fans of pop diva Britney Spears finally found the lid lifted off new music from her 9th official LP.Array
Coming in the form of ‘Make Me,’ featuring G-Eazy, the tune is – to our surprise – a synth-heavy ballad. Oozing the sultriness and sex appeal we’ve become accustomed to from the pop princess, the curve-ball of a tune lands in our lap as quite the departure from how Spears usually kicks off her projects (see: uptempo, party-starters). However, seeing the lackluster response to its predecessor, ‘Britney Jean,’ we can’t blame the girl for at least trying to do something different.
