Kesha has been given reason to believe that her alleged attacker Dr. Luke is planning to her medical records after he gained access to them in May.
An unsettling development in their ongoing legal battle below…
Kesha was forced to hand over 900 pages worth of medical records over to Luke’s legal camp after she stepped forward to claim that he raped her.
Said records go back ten years and Kesha is now concerned that Luke may use them to embarrass her publicly.
Her legal team has responded by filing papers to prevent him from doing this.
Her attorney James Pearl explained:
Ms. Sebert now fears that Gottwald will seek to disclose and disseminate her personal medical records in an attempt to embarrass and harass her.
Lawyers from both sides are to meet in court again this month.
