Bruno Mars’ unstoppable chart reign  may not be the only thing keeping Justin Bieber up at night.

Find out how and why the Pop sensation was able to avoid a fresh run-in with the law below…

A photographer named Manuel Munoz claimed he was assaulted by one of the star’s bodyguards in Miami two years ago.

After taking legal action against him, Munoz learned that a judge had ordered Bieber to sit down for a deposition or be arrested and taken to court.

How he responded? By settling the matter out of court as he continues to impress fans on the latest leg of his sold-out ‘Purpose World Tour.’

Unfortunately, the settlement’s terms have been kept under wraps but did free Bieber from the drama he would have faced had he let the matter find its way into a courtroom.
