Britney Spears enlists label-mate Tinashe for a brand new incarnation of ‘Slumber Party.’

The revised version of the ‘Glory’ album favourite is being serviced as the latest single from the LP, which arrived to so-so sales in August. Its video lands November 18th.

Will the addition of the rising star gift Brit the kind of heat needed to re-ignite her campaign?

Listen below and let us know…

Hmm.

There’s not much Tinashe and neither is this markedly different from the original.

That said, with the ‘Slumber’ being one of the strongest tracks on ‘Glory,’ it could help the LP shift some units (or at the very least be a minor hit) with the right video.

Whether or not the latter comes to fruition will become apparent on Friday.

Pending then…

Britney does a poor job of promotion. Not sure if its because of the Vegas Gig. Does she even care? She’s making more $$$ than all the chart girls in Vegas.

    flop b******

I love Tinashe but I honestly liked the song better without her. It just seems forced. Britney could’ve also delivered a flawless video w/o her but we’ll just see how it all plays out. I just hate how they keep downplaying her legend status w/ all these co-signs from new talent. Yes, “Make Me” flopped but the video should’ve been a big indicator as to why.

Not the best song on the album.
    Lemme talk!
    BETTER
    HARD TO FIRGET YA
    LOVE ME DOWN
potential pop CLASSICS if promoted instead of tryna make Britney this urban crossover artist, let her stick to what she does best.. campy pop

I agree, i think Love Me Down or Hard to Forget Ya shouldve been the next singles and wouldve blown up on radio. Glory is amazing, people are just haters.

Also… where was tinashe and what purpose did she serve!?
If they really want her to pop she actually should’ve remixed the song cos this ain’t a remix
I wanted a verse st least, I know harmonies and ad libs are a reach cos we’re talking Britney…. no shade, but honestly this ain’t doing tinashe NO favours

I would’ve at least blended party favours into it for the bridge! Something different and creative. A mash up
Slumber Party/Party Favours – then drop an epic video

Absolutely brilliant!I Glory is one of Britney’s best albums and Slumber Party is a BANGIN single, adding Tinahse to was just genius, no need to completely change something that was already great, the additional changes of adding Tinashe is just the icing on the cake and i loved both there ad libs at the end, this is a killer track, well done to Brits team for fixing the marketing mess that surrounded the Make Me video, that was such a shame as that was a great track to

SHOCKING! No other words necessary – Britney needs to give up and Tinashe needs to stop jumping on the ‘pop’ bandwagon to try and bag a hit record – Stick to what you know and success will come I am sure!

I love tinashe but she didn’t add anything special to me
If anything a rap feat. would have been much better.

Trainwreck. This is just sad now…

  11. Trose November 16, 2016

But why what “just luv me” not released over this that is THE single.on the album and perfect for winter.

  12. SMH November 16, 2016

Lol Britney needs to retire with at least a shred of dignity. We’re beyond trainwreck at this point.

  13. RhiRocks November 16, 2016

Britney really needs to take control of her career , she’s an icon but these features and flop albums are damaging her legacy , u just got to know when to gracefully give up trying to be relevant . I think the way veyince has taken charge of her career is commandable . She went from pop it girl to icon to now a relevant legend

  14. Amir November 16, 2016

I Expected More Tinashe Well I Hoped lol.

    I’d rather listen to #NightRide

  15. Geordan Ranger November 16, 2016

Tinashe was all over the song she did most of the background vocals and i believe they intentional did that. It sounds good keep hitting replay..
