Fifth Harmony have been a fixture in the headlines and on social media today following the shock departure of member Camila Cabello.
And, if folk felt there split would be handled in a PC manner, they’re greatly mistaken.
The first shot was thrown in the group’s announcement, which stressed that they were informed of Cabello’s decision by way of her “representatives.” Ouch.
Camila clapped back claiming that that was not true and that her ex bandmates were well aware of her reasons (which she has yet to divulge publicly).
Now, fresh tea is being poured painting an altogether different picture.

Camila Cabello made up her mind a long time ago that she was done with Fifth Harmony — but only officially gave notice a month ago … so say sources close to the band.
Unlike Camila’s account, sources with Fifth Harmony tell us she just dropped the bomb on them mid-November … with no prior discussions to her leaving.
We’re told label execs and the other girls tried to coordinate meetings with Camila for months, in an effort to talk about the future of the group. Sources say Camila ducked all of those. A therapist was even brought on to work with the members … again, we’re told Camila was a no-show for those sessions.
As for Camila saying she had given everyone involved a heads-up well in advance … we’re told that’s BS, and she’s simply trying to save face and play the saint.
Something tells us there’ll be a whole lot more tea tipped over in this messy episode before all is said and done.
We’re more eager to see how things will play out once the dust has settled. Who’ll reign on the charts? Will 5H go on to bigger things ala Destiny’s Child? Will Camila garner support solo?
