Mimi has been tapped to top the bill at the annual extravaganza, which airs Dec 31st into Jan 1st.
It’s her first time performing at the event since 2005.
Also on the lineup of the Midtown Manhattan event are Pop-Rock outfit DNCE, Country star Thomas Rhett, Gloria Estefan and the cast of her Broadway musical, ‘On Your Feet.’
Ryan Seacrest will host from NYC, while Black Eyed Peas belter Fergie will c0-host from California.
