Lady Gaga Gearing Up To Launch Stadium Tour?

Lady Gaga has already publisized plans for a large tour in support of chart-topping album ‘Joanne.’

Yet, with the singer presently having her hands in many a pie (see: film, single promo, and private shows), details have been scarce about her live plans.

Well, that seems to be changing.

Find out why below…

The Boston Globe have gone to print touting the possibility of a stadium trek from Mother Monster later this year.

Specifics weren’t provided, however it’s being said that promoter Live Nation is mapping out a summer trek – which could include Boston’s Fenway Park stadium.

************

Intéressant.

If indeed plotting such a huge venture, it looks as though Gaga and her Team are putting their hopes in the commercial lift her Super Bowl performance next month will lend.

And they’d certainly be justified in doing do.

Provided she delivers, the audience attached is giant-sized – meaning so too will the pool of potential tour attendees. At least from a US perspective.

Just ask the likes of Beyonce and Coldplay, who savvily seized on the Halftime platform to launch wildly successful stadium runs last year.

Can Gaga pull off the same? As ever, head below and let us know…

Your thoughts?

YASSSSS!!!! MOTHA IS GOING TO SLAY!!!!

    • BEY>RIH January 4, 2017

I hope so because if not, this won’t be a good look.

    • The Wig Snatcher January 4, 2017

This idea is a perfect illusion.

  2. Weezy Tha Goat/Zayn is ? January 4, 2017

She should just stick to arenas.

  3. Max January 4, 2017

A full stadium tour without a major chart topping single doesn’t sound like a good idea but good luck to her I want her to win but her stans??

    • BEY>RIH January 4, 2017

      Yea, Beyoncé is an exception.

This could be either really good, or really bad. I say that because look at how Rihanna decided initially to do a stadium tour and couldn’t even fill up three fourths of the stadium, and that was after mass of promotion and so many records sold. So in theory, even if a guy God does amazingly at the Super Bowl and puts up an advertisement for a world tour of like how Beyoncé did with the formation world tour, I still don’t believe that she is going to even fill over 50% of the stadiums are 50% of the seats, because this album wasn’t polarizing in anyway and she didn’t have a number one single or at least the top 10 to really promote herself or keep herself in the public guy and the singles that she does keep releasing aren’t anything stadium worthy, or anything people are going to want to go listen to in the tens of thousands, I love her and I also love Adele but the difference between the two is that Adele could go and do an entire stadium tour in the US and sell out every single date because she is Adele and because people expect to hear nothing but ballads from her because as the precedent that she set…Gaga, not so much. What we expect for her is eccentricity and pop music, not acoustic. Not to mention, her lack of promo and performance at awards shows hasn’t helped her either. All in all, good luck, but I don’t see this going well for her unless she makes tickets INCREDIBLY cheap. And if she’s smart, she’ll do like Madonna and bundle her album with the tickets to go AT LEAST Gold by the end of this years. Good luck sis

Lol! Who’s going to buy tickets? I must say though, her PR person is working for that check. They’ve done everything in their power to rebrand this fad and get her over with the GP and Joseph is STILL struggling. I won’t be surprised if she pulls a Nicki and sells tickets on Groupon.

    • Paulo January 4, 2017

“Who’s going to buy tickets?” everyone who’s into Pop divas that can actually put on a live show… you focus on watching your crow-sounding fav mime to a flute —> L

      • Taylor-Swift-To-Find-A-New-Man (Slayty) January 4, 2017

More people went to see my “crow-sounding fav mime to a flute” than people paid to see a “pop diva that can actually put on a live show”. I guess crow-sounding mimes attract a bigger following ???

      • Paulo January 4, 2017

“bigger followings” flock out to the next microwave hit quicker than you know so let’s see what happens when Kan’tsing Pretty drops her next record. 😀

  8. Nico January 4, 2017

Good Luck gaga lol i just wait realease of every single tour Ps in Europe country we are not in super bowl just saying. …

  9. Beyoncé Jackson January 4, 2017

Lol. She should stick with touring dive bars and glory holes…

    • BEY>RIH January 4, 2017

      Not gloryholes !!! ?

  10. Black power January 4, 2017

See I think ppl have to look past their hatred & envy and acknowledge that Gaga is a MUSICIAN AND PERFORMER FIRST!!!!! She will have no problem putting on one hell of a show at the super bowl to the 100 plus ppl who will be watching. Idk if she should do a full out stadium tour but she could definitely mix in stadiums like she did with Fame/Monster era.

  11. FASHION_ICON ~ Anti&Lemonade January 4, 2017

She better do like Beyoncé you know…after her superbowl performance in 2013 she did an arena tour and ended having a top grossing tour… at this time Beyoncé brand was hurted with 4…so she better not expect too much.
Funny things is that in 2013 Beyonce was only doing an arena tour after a big superbowl perf and Rihanna was doing her first stadium dates in europe. But they call rih untalented, flop and failure ?

  12. @ASAPicon January 4, 2017

Stadiums girl? Dont push it Gaga, U are doing good rebuilding, but hunny. This album aint that hot to fill all those seats

  13. GET REAL January 4, 2017

First off she shouldn’t be doing the Superbowl, it’s about RAtings and I believe she will have low ratings for the simple Fact the Superbowl is almost a month away and there is no excitement. Not even her fans are hyping it. Anyway Beyonce and Coldplay have been out touring way longer than Lady Gaga. It takes time to pull a stadium tour off and Lady Gaga is really not popping at the moment. Her album is already out and tho it has some success, it was not a huge hit. Which is not good for her caliber and someone who is headlining the superbowl. Even tho I am a fan, the real problem is that she switch up her persona, which her fans never had a problem with. even if she goes back to the old Lady Gaga we know and love for her superbowl performance. It is too late now. I just wasn’t interested in Joanne

  14. Rosie January 4, 2017

? @ her thinking she can tour stadiums. Rihanna couldn’t even sell out arenas and Anti is a much bigger era than Joanne in the US. She was even planning to do arenas during the BTW Ball where he was still relevant. Good luck.
And I forgot she was playing the Super Bowl. They better pray for a Cowboys vs. Patriots/Steelers matchup or else literally no one will care.

    • Sam Right January 4, 2017

      you right about that

  15. Tori January 4, 2017

I can only see this working IF her Superbowl show is bananas. Like, b**** has to go back to old Gaga with the extreme crazy shenanigans.

  16. UPGRADEBOY January 4, 2017

    Gaga don’t hurt yourself

  17. Mark111 /.\ January 4, 2017

No one is buying your album, singles or even clicking on them to stream it. So what make her think that they’re going to pay to SEE her?

    • Jaime Saravia January 4, 2017

Numbers don’t lie and joanne has sold in 2 months what ariana and sia sold in 1 year ….. And that’s with ariana and sia having hit singles , I think lady gaga will do just fine.

      • George January 5, 2017

Deal, but rihanna has been dammene by tidal otherwise would have sold much more, so you don’t say foolishness

  18. JanStan January 4, 2017

I Stan for Gaga but I was actually hoping she did do smaller venues especially for this album. While I love me a draglicious level spectacle I wouldve loved a smaller more intimate show this go round from her. Her vocals are absolute E—-ver—eeeee–thing. Either way I’m here for Motha and coins are ready.

  19. sam is TRASH January 4, 2017

I really needed this laugh. Good luck bookin that stage you speak of. Her last tour flopped and the before that (during her peak) she faked a hip injury because she couldn’t sell. I will have a good laugh when she flops… again

  20. Jan January 5, 2017

If this was all B-side singles. I’d be really surprised but this is a major flop and only way cover all demeges is big tour. Like madana did. Same like mariah..
