  3. BEYSTAN_ SINCE 1997 February 23, 2017

Congrats Ladies! 25, Lemonade, & Anti were all different bunch each brought something to the table. The ladies defiantly brought last year with their albums. Now only if I could say the same thing about the men

    • LISA LEVINE February 23, 2017

girl, bruno dropped that ball. He wrote All I Ask for Adele but didn’t have one GREAT ballad on his own cd, must be the “coke”.

      • Truth(yaaasss honey) February 23, 2017

        Or the spite.

  4. LISA LEVINE February 23, 2017

Love the fact that Adele has brought real singing back to radio. Radio has been full of non-singing “models” and no real lyrics or vocals. Beyonce can sing, her Dangerously in love and 4 had great vocals, i miss her “real” vocals. Real singing

    • pat February 23, 2017

I do too. The trap was on trend and cute, but She needs to bring real vocalz on the next go around.

    • Fashion Icon February 23, 2017

Real singing ? that’s why she’s most of the time pitchy and off key on stage….nothing like the studio version anymore

    • Rey February 23, 2017

Real singing has been on the radio from black artists for years…

    • Tori February 23, 2017

You want real singing from Beyonce because there’s alot of artists that’s doing real singing. Everything is not just Beyonce.

  5. ShakaZulu February 23, 2017

Beyoncé needs to release her music on every music platform cause I’m sure Lemonade would go back to number 1! All this success off a album only released on Tidal your favs could never!

    • RhiRocks February 23, 2017

It would mean she would be losing customers on tidal , lemonade being available on there is probabaly tidals only benefit

  6. Max February 23, 2017

Wow sales are really dead. Adele won AOTY yet sold less than 50K.When she won it back in 2012 she sold about 700K

    • JOHNVIDAL February 23, 2017

That´s because the album has already sold its good 9 million copies in the USA this time 🙂

  7. Molly #HeGivesItToMe #Everyday February 23, 2017

  8. Max February 23, 2017

And lol at Joy Villa who is probably pretending to be a trump supporter just for attention and to sell records

    • Anne February 23, 2017

Just goes to show how easily fooled Trump supporters are. I wouldn’t be surprised if Villa didn’t even vote for Trump.

      • Max February 23, 2017

True, look at her last Grammy red carpet outfits you can see she is clearly seeking attention

    • SMH February 23, 2017

Lmao that’s exactly what she’s doing. And the Trumpanzees have no clue lol.

  9. UPGRADEBOY February 23, 2017

Congrats to both ladies. I love them both but iam a little upqet ro see adele sell that amount of album so effortlessly. Lmao she just stand and sing the same sad ass songs on every album . She dont deserve it

    • Fashion Icon February 23, 2017

if everybody do the same thing there wouldn’t have diversity…not everybody is mean to dance and put visual and not everyone can.
everybody should do their own things and know what’s work for them and what is their limits

  10. UPGRADEBOY February 23, 2017

    Congrats ladies
I dont want to sound jealous but i feel like adele doesnt deserve her sales. Someone who put on a work and bleed on stage, who gave visuals and s*** like MJ .janet deserve it more

  13. GRAMMY VOTERS SAW THROUGH THE PROPAGANDA February 23, 2017

beyonce’s best selling album DIL, only 4x plat. and that was in 2003 when she was a novelty and had hits, she was never really that huge album seller as her PR make it out to be.
Seltitled did Prism numbers, after all the hype, the free videos, the tour, the awards, LMAOO. People just don’t see all that artistry, the best singer, the best dancer, the best songwriter, the best producer, that’s why beyonce can’t reach a quarter of Adele’s sales.

    • We are the grandchildren of the slaves you couldn’t kill ~ tyler February 23, 2017

That’s why none of your faves will ever be a successful tour act like Beyonce. Say what you want about her but her tours slay.
Mrs Carter Show & Formation Tour >>>>>
      Adele could never

    • Anne February 23, 2017

She’s probably in the top ten album sellers of today, not bad for mainly R&B.

      • Anne February 23, 2017

Actually that’s better than “not bad”, to still be a top album seller at this point of her career while making urban music is damn good.

    • RihYonce February 23, 2017

That’s because Beyoncé is a BLACK R&B ARTIST!!!! Name another R&B artist or black artist period, who debuted in the 2000s that’s a massive album seller. Y’all seem to forget that

      • Chileplease (the first and only bih) February 23, 2017

Right. The only other black r&b artist from that era that I can think of that’s still making hits is mary j. To be 20 years into your career and still be a top seller is better than “not bad”.

  14. Gizmodjo February 23, 2017

I love Beyonce, but all the hype and her die-hard beehives are off putting.

  15. S****** Blonde February 23, 2017

Adele’s success is incredible, especially because she’s having all this success now, when the music industry is at its worst state ever, she truly is the biggest female artist of this generation, a phenomenon like that hasn’t happened since Britney, I mean, Gaga was very popular but her sales didn’t matched her popularity, Adele has it all, the sales, the fame, the acclaim, everything.

    • JOHNVIDAL February 23, 2017

By your comment I take it that Gaga is the biggest thing since Britney (meaning since 2000 or so) except for Adele. Not bad then, is it? 🙂 Anyway, I obviously agree, Adele´s success is tremendous, it was more impacting during the “21” era, but it keeps being. Not seen since Whitney, Mariah Celine and Madonna to be honest.

      • S****** Blonde February 23, 2017

        Exactly what I meant.

  16. JOHNVIDAL February 23, 2017

Beyonce is doing really well these recent years sales wise. She wasn´t one of the very top sellers in the 00s, but she is now. She really made the right choice when she released “4” and especially her self-titled album. It was very smart. I applaud her real sales despite being so often under other artists with CLEARLY lower sales in chart positions. It is so unfair. It is like the case I was talking about the other day, that basic Justin Timberlake´s song from last year. It kept on selling and selling but it only got one week at #1 in the hot100 because some streaming “forces” can outdo sales in nowadays charts. It wouldn´t be too important in singles charts. But when they did it with the album chart they really ruined it. Beyonce deserved more weeks at #1 with this last album. And there´s no more to it, whether you like her, adore her or are not into her (like me).

  17. Slayty is Chained to the Rhythm February 23, 2017

Look at Joseph beginning to tank down the charts.

  18. Whale February 23, 2017
