Tinashe has lit the ‘Flame’ for 2017.
This week the young starlet served up the latest taste of her highly anticipated sophomore effort, and now she’s revealed that she’s the newest act to partner with Pepsi.
Details below…
The drinks giant’s new musical platform, The Sound Drop, gives emerging artists the tools form more exposure by producing exclusive content to enable a connection with fans. Tinashe will be one of the first artists to utilise the platform.
She tells Billboard:
“I love having the opportunity to show more about my story and let people into my creative process. I’ll also be doing some things with a couple of other artists; they’re going to be able to put their spin on some of my songs.”
Another part of the deal will see the 24-year-old guest star in the third season of Fox‘s ‘Empire.’ In her stint, she’ll assist Jamal in creating a tribute for his parents. The appearance will air in May.
Though the songstress already has an album under her belt, the move can only help the ‘Company‘ singer broaden her reach. Especially given that she’s making a beeline for the Pop audience.
