Prince Attorney Responds To Jay-Z Diss

Published: Sunday 2nd Jul 2017 by David

Jay-Z‘s well-received ‘4:44′ set delivered many headline making moments when it dropped last week.

One of these?

I sat down with Prince, eye to eye. He told me his wishes before he died.

Before his passing, Prince partnered with the mogul’s TIDAL to release exclusive content but caused confusion for those running his estate by not coming to an official agreement with the company before he died.

Now, Londell McMillan, he must be color blind / They only see green from them purple eyes.

What Londell, Prince’s lawyer, had to say about this?

Who do you think is in the wrong?

Weigh in below…

Jay Z needs to sit. Nobody cares what Prince “told” you, if it ain’t on paper you’re gonna need more people.

was it on paper said he want his music to be control by white people. He spend half of his life fighting against what they’re trying to do with his music. If you look over prince life these people are going against everything he stands for

How is it that Jay Z is too old. Music and Lyrics never get old as so his amazing talent. He nurtured his craft and brought it all the way up with him into grown man ?’s. He’s not out here trying to compete or beat the up and coming young rap artist today. The Vet himself take you on a cruise and navigate you through the rough yet gentle waters and crashing ? ‘s of his life and introduce you to the many of people’s,places and things that has taught him a very valuable lesson rather it be hanging out on the street corner to making one of the biggest business investments of his life to hanging out with the BILLION A R’S and calming us down with him being FOREVER YOUNG at ❤ …. It’s no thang JAY Z has it and if Biggie RIP Tupac would be still here they too would be still working lyrically with their Gift. THE GAME IS TO BE TOLD BUT YET THE MAN CAN MAKE IT TO WHERE IT’S SOLD.MAKE NOW! That’s where it’s a must we tip our HAT’S OFF TO HIM…..ITS IN HIM AND WE CANT TAKE THAT AWAY FROM HIM. USE IT UP UNTIL HE IS NO LONGER HERE……

Well prince action would support Jay Z for years he call himself s****. he also said “if you don’t own the masters the Master will own you.” he pull all his songs from white own streaming service.

All Jay has to do is produce the contract that he had signed with Prince. Oh…wait…there is none. All Jay has is a conversation. You need more than a conversation to prove you have sole ownership to stream/own Prince’s music. Prince was really serious about streaming his music so I find it odd that he would not make an ironclad legal arrangement with Tidal. I also thought Jay was this great businessman. Why didn’t Jay make sure he had Prince’s wishes for his music documented in the legal system. Jay has been in the music industry for over 20 years, he has even been the President of a record company. You can’t tell me Jay didn’t know he needed to secure a contract with Prince before he does any long term business with Prince. Jay gonna have to take a big fat L for this. He and Bey could have retired off of Prince’s catalog but they were either too green in business, too trusting, or their egos were too inflated which caused them to think their power couple status was enough to go up against the real music industry sharks. Take the L Jay because Kanye’s issues with Tidal will only make Prince’s lawyers further question the legitimacy of your conversation with Prince or why Prince never signed a contract.

Are you stupid or are you dumb? Obviously before everything could be worked out Prince passed away.

      • JustMy2Cents July 3, 2017

Prince released Hit n Run Phase One exclusively on Tidal on September 2015. Prince died April 2016. Jay had 7 months from the release of Hit n Run to secure legal paperwork. Jay the dummy for not getting the legal work completed before Prince released Hit n Run Phase One on Tidal. Prince’s interview with Ebony magazine where he talked positively about Tidal was done on Dec 2015. Jay should have sealed the legal deal back then. Jay and Bey are supposed to be shrewd but smart business people but how come they couldn’t send an assistant to Prince with the legal paperwork the night before Hit n Run dropped in 2015? Prince even performed an exclusive concert for Tidal on May 2015. Jay could have got the legal paperwork signed backstage during the exclusive concert. Jay gotta hold this L.
