Katy Perry has learned that she is being sued by a former employee who lost their toe while working on her last tour.

Bad news below…

Christina Fish claims that she was hired by Perry to serve as a stagehand on her ‘Prismatic World Tour’ and found herself trapped in a web of pain when a wall she was asked to pick up got stuck and rolled across her foot.

Much to her horror, nobody on location called for an ambulance forcing her to call a friend to take her to the hospital where one of her toes was amputated because it had become gangrenous as a result of the accident.

She’s now suing Perry and Live Nation after suffering from intense emotional distress and being forced to wave goodbye to the lifestyle she knew as a result of the incident.
