Maraj horrified members of his local community when he was accused of brutally raping a child in his care and punishing her younger brother when he is said to have witnessed one of the assaults.
Today, the New Yorker was found guilty of predatory sexual assault against a child and endangering the welfare of a child and is expected to spend the next 25 years behind bars. He could face life.
The convicted rapist will be sentenced on December 14th. Contrary to reports, he has not received any support from his sister Minaj.

I think that Nicki Minaj’s mother is an enabler. She enabled her husband and did not even bring charges against him for arson or physical abuse. She admitted that she knew Jelani was an alcoholic but enabled him by letting him live with her instead of telling him to go to rehab and start acting like an adult. Nicki keep saying that her mother and father are still together but they attended court separately AND the ex-wife did not mention that she lived with Jelani’s parents, she only mentioned that she lived with Jelani’s mother.
