New Song: Taylor Swift – ‘Call It What You Want’

Published: Thursday 2nd Nov 2017 by Rashad

Despite churning out a top 20 hit, ‘Gorgeous,’ and two top 10 smashes courtesy of her singles, ‘Ready For It,’ and its predecessor/chart-topper, ‘Look What You Made Do,’ things look a bit..well…off for Taylor Swift (relatively speaking of course).

For the last three eras the country turned pop diva has been no stranger to complete Hot 100 domination.  Yet, her latest offerings – though delivering some respectable numbers – have not been afforded the staying power their forerunners have.  To hopefully change the tide a week before their parent album, ‘Reputation,’ finds its way onto shelves, Swift and team are cranking out a buzz single to get fans talking.

Enter ‘Call It What You Want‘: the latest taste from the singer’s November 10-due album. Is it just what the doctor ordered to get this era commercially in line with the offerings of ‘Red,’ ‘1989,’ and more?  Listen inside and tell us:

This reminds me of Drake’s Over My Dead Body lol…it’s passive aggressive in a beautiful way…if that makes sense…I. Love. This. Song.

This seems like a great album track, not that special for radio.

So many huge pop stars are falling off, lady gaga Taylor swift and Katy Perry. I kinda miss when Taylor was a force in the music world. Now she’s on her 4th single within 2 months

Song like this is why I will always lover her and forever buy her albums. This is what she does best write songs that make you feel like you were there & you feel what she felt. Beyond Amazing Imillion first week. P.S I can now move on from the Kanye & Kim mess now that I know Tay’s ok. #TheFeels

I miss a young Faith Hill and Shania. If Taylor is trying to go pop she needs to study prime Kylie Minogue, Ms. Britney Spears, and Madonna because the ish she is serving is so basic garbage. No excuses for Taylor because she has access to the best producers. Nexxxxt!!!!!! Seems like a new younger hotter pop artist should be taking Taylor’s spot ASAP. Let me go find one to manage and make some coins. LOL

Taylor is the epitome of mediocrity. She can’t sing often pitchy, juvenile lyrics, no rhythm, can’t dance, no showmanship, no s** appeal. I think her fans exude the same issues that I listed. She is not confident this era but she will do “good” but not achieve the same numbers in previous era. The light begins to fade….finally!

Sounds like this song had Rihanna in mind to record.

white people make any white artist popular just to out do black talent. This girl is basic and overrated!
