Happy Veterans Day from the That Grape Juice family to yours!
To ode the brave men and women who fight to protect our countries on both sides of the pond, we’ve assembled a collection of military-themed music videos that we’ve grown to love over the years. From Mariah Carey’s ‘I Still Believe’ to the iconic Janet Jackson‘s ‘Rhythm Nation’, the efforts of military servicemen and women have long stood as muses for some of music’s most memorable videos.
Take a look below for our faves and share some of your own:
Janet Jackson’s ‘Rhythm Nation’
Rihanna’s ‘Hard’
Nicki Minaj’s ‘Massive Attack’
Trey Songz’ ‘Your Side of the Bed’
Cher’s ‘If I Could Turn Back Time’
Katy Perry’s ‘Part of Me’
Michael Jackson’s ‘History’
Madonna’s ‘American Life’
Chris Brown’s ‘Don’t Judge Me’
Mariah Carey’s ‘I Still Believe’
Katy Perry’s ‘Thinking of You’
Rihanna’ s Hard was my fav back in the day
I wish Queen Madge didn’t give in to the right wing anger towards her original anti war American Life video. The song wasn’t good but the visuals were so powerful. Only time I think Madonna has back peddled in her career after it got her blacklisted from radio and she saw what happened to the Dixie Chicks. The version of the video that was released wasn’t even close to as good as the original
JANET JACKSON’S VIDEO IS ICONIC. SHE SET THE BAR.
Massive attack? REAlly tgj
lol
Monifah “touch it” tho. I got in so much trouble for singing that song in front of my grandmother.
Rihanna hard was everything visually. I still remember that era
Loved Yo Side of the bed! The video made me see the song in a whole different light. Keri played her ass off!!!
nice
Your forgot trick daddy and latocha Scott “thug holiday”
Just because DC wore camouflage in the survivor Video does not make it military. TGJ GTFOH!!!!
they aren’t on the list tho. im sure the pic was just a lure for a click
You sound stupid. Camouflage is military period. That’s where it comes from.
this list is so crazy… how you gon put iconic stuff like Janet and Cher next to crap like Trey Songz and Katy Perry
