Iggy Azalea is counting down the days until the release of new single ‘Savior.’
Due on Friday, the cut is the first to be lifted from the femcee’s re-worked sophomore album (which is now untitled after the initial draft ‘Digital Domination’ was scrapped).
Quavo joins the Aussie star on the track, which will also feature in a Super Bowl commercial for Monster Electronics.
Though an earlier demo had been floating around (with vocals from Verse Simmons), the single version sounds altogether different.

Sounds like a bop!
Are you still checking for Iggy?
I’ll reserve my judgement until I hear the full song, but the demo definitely sounded better.
I agree
Sounds like a slowed down version of strip that down by Liam Payne minus the snaps
She’s a problematic white Women & he’s a homophobic Hiphop artist I’ll pass on both. Lol
But amazing single cover & promo.
Sounds amazing ..I’ll be buying this one for sure
Damn, i liked the vocals on the hook from the original. Quavo vocals just bought the whole energy down. This is actually a great song, one of my favs from digital distortion.
IMO Iggy always releases a bop..whether it flops or not..her music isn’t bad.
Agreed. She’s very consistent with everything she does.
This sounds DAMN good. The cover and video is looking amazing!
I like her sound, I’ll be buying ?
I must say two things factually wrong with this article. Iggy Azalea’s new album title is “Surviving the Summer” (stylised STS) she has a tattoo for it, her Twitter bio says it AND she’s confirmed it numerous times. So, that is kind of lame reporting. And Iggy has also said the leaked version of “Savior” featured an unidentified “parking lot kid” because he met her in a parking lot and asked to sing. I don’t know who wrote this but it’s very ehhh. Also I want to know your thoughts on sales predictions. I’m thinking. 30,000-34,000 week one sales. With a debut in between 84 and 51 on the Hot 100. I think it’ll peak between 33-9 on the Hot 100.
