Contrary to stan folklore, Keri Hilson‘s career was on a high before the start of her lengthy hiatus.
Though forced to watch her brand take a beating following her decision to hit out at Beyonce, Keri saw pure sales of her music soar to new levels with the release of her sophomore album ‘No Boys Allowed.’
Today, the singer has received more proof that the general public is still in love with her music.
Good news below…
Over 1 million music lovers listen to the performer’s music every month and today, keen to support her, these listeners have helped her reach a major milestone.
Take a look below…
‘Knock You Down‘ surpassed the 82 million streams point this month making it the highest-streamed jam on Spotify to date…nine years after its release.
Beneath it? ‘Pretty Girl Rock’ which sings to the tune of 35 million streams after it shifted 1 million copies between the November of 2010 and the June of 2011.
What do you think these numbers say about Keri’s relevancy?
I wished she never take a break
She prolly would be on the mega level she wished for by now
I agree. Not sure she would be in a mega-level superstardom but for sure she woud be relevant and a household name.
As much as I root for her, I don’t see her career going any further than local r&b star after this 7 years break.
