Justin Timberlake‘s prowess as a touring act is impenetrable.
Unfortunately, it now appears that his ability to shift albums has been crushed.
Bad news below…
In its second week on the Billboard 200 JT’s new album ‘Man of the Woods’ has suffered a severe sales decline of 76%.
As you can see, the LP spends this week at #3 after opening at #1 because it was outsold by the ‘Black Panther’ soundtrack and because it sold 76% less than it did in week one.
Fortunately, the album’s tanking has done little to harm ticket sales of its parent tour.

‘Filthy‘, the album’s opening jam, sold so little in the nation that it slipped and stumbled by 26 spots in one week and now sits uncomfortably at #60…29 places lower than Rita Ora‘s ‘Anywhere’ which impacted the chart seventeen weeks ago.
Elsewhere on the albums chart, the albums fell out of the Top Five in its second week and now holds the #8 spot because it was outsold by efforts launched by up and coming acts Fredo and Mist who hold the #4 and #5 spots respectively.

With A-list magic, hit singles, and a powerhouse superbowl performance this guy was supposed to pull off the regal comeback of the millenium. Now he has to struggle to keep up with camilla cabello on the album charts & liam payne on the singles chart. You know he’s supposed to be locked in at #1 on the album AND singles chart on EVERY chart across the world right now. This was the most expansive major-label fueled artist campaign roll-out in Pop music history, and now you need a magnifying glass to find him on the charts. Even if this album eventually managed to sell TWO million! ..it would still go down in history as the FLOP OF THE MILLINEUM.*
