SZA thought it was just the right time to give fans an accompanying visual for her tune, ‘Broken Clocks.’
The cut, found aboard her platinum debut album, ‘CTRL,’ has long been a fan favorite and will certainly cement its place as such with the new clip to support it.
Directed by SZA and Dave Free, the Grammy-nominee tapped labelmate ScHoolboy Q to co-star in the video designed to salute the songstress’s childhood.
This, of course, before things get lit at the strip club! See it all inside:
HEr videos has been quite the disappointment. How can you mess up visuals for songs like The Weeknd and Broken Clocks. I mean come on, I can’t think of bomb asz concepts in secs. She tries too hard to be left field. It’s disappointing.
I haven’t commented in a while, but this video was extremely disappointing. Besides Wavy, this has been a fav track. The video takes away from the beautiful essence of the song. It’s like Solonge got in her head again. Sigh.
Still don’t get the appeal of this girl.
Her songs sound like demos for bigger artists. Her voice dont work for me.
I imagined this song looking like a Dave Myers directed Missy Elliott video in which she acted out the lyrics In every scene. While listening, I imagined her actually running to her day job and waiting for that smoke break but never getting it lol.
The ending of the video is the best part. They should have made it more a story.
Sza can not sing
Sho can’t
She’s a great vocalist!!
