J. Cole‘s colossal pull has seen him stage quite the coup on this week’s Billboard Hot 100.
Full story below…
In an unprecedented move, the rapper has charted three new songs in the top 10 of the tally simultaneously – becoming the first artist in the chart’s 59-year history to achieve the feat. All are from his #1 album ‘KOD.’
As for which cuts earned the honor, they are ‘ATM’ (#6), ‘Kevin’s Heart’ (#8), and ‘KOD’ (#10).
The trio of tracks were boosted big time by streaming, racking up 42.6 million, 39.7 million and 33.2 million on-demand plays respectively. On the sales front, they fared a lot less swimmingly selling 10,000, 7,000 and 18,000 downloads. A clear indicator that streaming really does rule the chart roost at this point.

Huge congrats to Cole, who fascinatingly only had one top 10 prior to now (‘Power Trip’).
Deja Vu from his last album (FYEO) debut at #7 on hot 100 in 2016…
