All roads lead to April 27th for songstress Janelle Monae.
The eclectic stage blazer will plug the masses into her new album ‘Dirty Computer’ on said date and is giving folk an extended preview of what to expect with new number ‘I Like That.’
Though sonically a different flavor to previously heard jams ‘Django Jane,’ ‘Make Me Feel,’ and ‘PYNK,’ the song is lyrically cut from the same cloth in that it’s a celebration of self-love and an embrace of “otherness.”
Take a listen below…
Yet another strong effort from Ms. Monae.
We need April to roll on because we can’t wait to power up her ‘Dirty Computer’ in full.
Sold. Buying this album.
Wow Janelle has really grown into her music I remember she was an alto in choral music!! She’s blessed!!
love this
Love her to bits. She´s so talented and diverse.
And also compassionate and open minded.
Her previous album was 2013´s best imo.
Pink..and now this….i am hearing nothing but good music.
Only song out of these new singles I sort of like.
Would have liked it more if not for the profanity, just don’t feel its necessary.
