Taylor Swift has been praised by fans after she reportedly made the decision to fire one of her dancers after uncovering some of their worryingly vulgar and disturbing social media messages.
This one isn’t for you.

Taylor, whose latest tour is currently sweeping up a wave of positive reviews, is said to have booted him from her act after seeing the nasty messages.
Quite interestingly, there are some who feel his dismissal was unwarranted…
If taylor & her team were to fire toshi for this he could sue them for violating his 1st amendment rights. The only way they could legally do it would be if there was a clause in his contract explicitly stating he can’t post offensive content on social media.

I dont think Toshi should be fired. I think he's currently suspended. I think Taylor is known for second chances and while what Toshi said was wrong and unacceptable, I think firing him would be taking away a chance for him to learn and grow.
