I was so overwhelmed by all the love and support that you showered me with during last summer’s Total Package Tour, that I couldn’t wait to share this exciting news with you! She was discovered by The Jacksons, choreographed Janet’s Control and Nasty videos, she assisted in Janet’s iconic When I Think Of You video, sold 7 million copies of her debut album in the United States alone, had 4 #1 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 from her debut album Forever Your Slay! Give her some credit or I will drag you from here to Wakanda! ? She helped Janet become her best! She choreographed the iconic Coming To America wedding scene! Paula is the truth!
No shade AT ALL BUT contrary to what you guys may have heard but PAULA ONLY Choreographed 3! of the videos from the control era… The groundbreaking video whicH REALLY HELPED put janet on the map was “Pleasure Principle”… . .? … which was Choreographed by a man named Barry Lather. He also Choreographed Janet’s ICONIC American Music awards and Grammy performance back then too (in which those performances are still raved about til this DAY). Paula is Paula and Janet is Janet Jackson. Please quit short crediting my girl Janet. It was in her Gene’s to take on the dancing trait so there you go. Janet PUT JANET on. With 2 left feet it wouldn’t matter if jesus Choreographed your ish… Janet just has THAT factor.

I would go if it were closer to me. I’m still mad she canceled on the night I was expecting to see her on the Total Package tour, something about a twisted ankle. At that point I had seen the other acts on the tour several times already. Paula was who I had come to see. She could’ve been more considerate with this new tour by making sure she appears in the cities where she canceled.

I just watched some clips of her Total Package tour from last year and low key, this tour might be more exciting than Janet’s State of the World 2.0. Now, I love me some Janet but ever since the Up Close and Personal tour in 2011 she’s been serving up some pretty boring performances where she just dances in the middle of the stage to the same choreography from 20 years ago. I already know she can still dance;I want all the bells and whistles and showmanship that a pop star should bring at her level.

On some levels I totally agree with you. I will always to and see a Janet show. But I too miss huge production show.All big video walls ,lots of pyro. I wonder is it because she is independent and doesn’t really f*** with huge sponsers anymore
Forever Your Girl is a classic album, and Spellbound was pretty good too. If Paula Abdul was coming to my city, I would definitely go see her.
