‘The First Night‘ performer was minding her business at LAX hours ago when she was spotted by TMZ’s camera crew who were keen to see how she felt about West’s White House meeting with Trump this week.
Monica believes West’s bid to work with Trump should involve him working alongside a diverse group of African-American leaders who can equip him with the education he needs t tackle the problems he says he is keen to eradicate in America.

I’m a conservative, but I agree with Monica wholeheartedly. Kanye is new to conservatism and generally impulsive and unstable, and being so, he has made one gaffe after another. Right message sometimes; unfortunate messenger. I would love The Rock, Joseph C. Phillips, Lynn Swann, Don King, or someone of comparable gravitas and stature fill this void.
And let’s be clear, as much as I respect President Obama for the example he has set and for his accomplishments, every single problem Kanye is discussing with Trump was a problem during the entirety of Obama’s two terms in office.
Finally, you ALWAYS take a meeting the president if you can get one. No matter how much you may personally dislike the person of the president at the time, he alone holds legal authority to sign federal bills into law, and access should always be utilized.
