Nelly has learned that another woman has stepped forward to accuse him of sexual assault.

After his first accuser (who still maintains he assaulted her) stepped away from their legal fight, the performer has discovered that a British woman is telling a very similar story about him in a lawsuit which was filed yesterday.
In it, the young lady (named Jane Doe for the sake of privacy) claims that he locked her inside a room and forced himself on her following one of his concerts in England last year.

“And then Defendant Nelly put his right hand on the back of her head and his left hand on her shoulder and forced her head down pushing his erect penis into her mouth. This constituted sexual assault,” the lawsuit claims. “Jane Doe was in utter shock. Once he thought he had her in position, Defendant Nelly released her shoulder. Jane Doe jumped back, twisted and fell backwards into the shower curtain. She was able to scramble out of the room.”
After gathering her friends, Jane Doe says she began to leave the room when Nelly stopped her.
Jane Doe claims Nelly reached out and pulled her and told her in a threatening manner, “I will find you.”
Jane Doe says she never went to the police with what happened because she felt no one would believe her. She eventually spoke to police after they reached out to her.
His accuser is seeking unspecified damages and is suing his girlfriend, Ms. Shantel Jackson, for defamation of character because of remarks she is said to have made about her online.
He is yet to respond.

When you sue someone only for money and do not file criminal charges your motivation is suspect. To me, that means you are all about the money. Why go into a private room with a man you just met unless you are feeling him. We are talking adults here, not children so the teasing thing is not relevant.
