Shaft is the Pop star’s ex-manager and sued her in April as he is enraged that she cut ties with him after he propelled her to stardom.
She decided to strike his $10 million suit with a $15 million suit because she says she cut ties with him because she was no longer able to deal with his allegedly tyrannical efforts to micromanage her life and money.
The court delayed the case after learning Cardi was with child but has now set a March 12th date for her deposition where she will have the chance to take him on and, should she get her way, win the case.
