Music and fashion’s biggest annual crossover event, the ‘Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show,’ may have been filmed in New York City last month, but fans unable to see the spectacle live got to catch it when it aired last night courtesy of ABC.
Featuring rocking performances from the likes of Bebe Rexha, Halsey, Shawn Mendes, Rita Ora, and more, the show was easily one of its most star-studded to date. And, while some headlines were rocked today after Halsey issued a statement indicating…
“I have adored the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show since I was young,” she said. “However, after I filmed the performance, some comments were made regarding the show that I simply cannot ignore. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I have no tolerance for a lack of inclusivity. Especially not one motivated by stereotype.”

so they couldn’t book one real big act to rake in viewers and went all random with the acts… at least Rita Ora looks stunning.
Halsey… eugh. first she’s black cause her dad had an afro and now she’s LGBT cause she did that one song with Lauren Jauregui. Girl we q***** did not take that bs from Lady GaGa, we’re not about to take it from your thin-breathy-second-hand-Ellie-Goulding-ass vocals! you can be an ally without trying to make it about you. Why is this chick even famous? her voice ain’t all that and her songs ain’t s***.
Rita Ora looked really well styled in the show and she just oozed relaxed confidence on stage and good vocals. The models on her show didn’t overshadow her in anyway. I thought less of her but her big star potential keeps soaring everytime I hear news on her. “Let you love me” is the pop track of the moment. Haven’t heard it getting so much buzz on IS radio but I hope it does it is a real good song.
The other preformers sorry can’t really note anything outstanding about them. Good for them for being called to be on VS show though.
Victoria secret isn’t like it used to be!! It’s a brand that’s been quite BORING!! The models all are paper thin…??♂️
I really wish they would get me diverse in size models…
