It’s finally here!
After weeks of teasing, Ariana Grande‘s unveiled the accompanying visual to ‘7 Rings.’ The latest cut from her yet-titled fifth album to receive the video treatment, ‘Rings’ comes as quite the worthy follow-up to 2018 megahit, ‘thank u, next,’ and ‘Imagine.’
Inspired by a real life shopping trip that saw Grande take her friends to Tiffany & Co., the bevy of bling featured in the Trap-inspired clip shows they definitely didn’t leave the store empty-handed.
What are you waiting for? The action awaits inside:
While we’d be lying if we said Ari’s vocal stylings – when rapped or sung – sounded the least bit convincing over this braggadocious Trap track, we’d also be lying if we said we gave a damn.
Traipsing the lines between Pop and Urban as she’s done with so many songs before it, ‘7 Rings’ is absolutely everything we’ve come to expect from the songstress (in a good way)! Drenched in replay value and radio friendliness, from where we stand the cut could easily find itself atop charts as Grande’s second #1 single.
It’s clear that her last album, just released in August 2018, was the calm before the storm as what we’ve heard to date from its follow-up opus is everything we wish ‘Sweetener’ was.
