Ozuna is addressing his scandal head-on.
As widely reported, the Latin superstar became entangled in quite the drama when an “intimate video” of him surfaced on an adult tape featuring other male performers. Video his legal team assert was made while he was a minor.
The narrative took a unique turn when, in confirming it was indeed him on the tape, the 26-year-old revealed that he had been extorted to tune of $50,000 to keep it under wraps.
And, as if that wasn’t enough, Kevin Fret – the gay rapper allegedly at the center of the extortion claim – was murdered in Puerto Rico early this month. Prompting many a murmur.
Looking to put the entire matter behind him, Ozuna (born Juan Rosado) spoke up and out on the situation while in concert at Calibash Las Vegas 2019.
His words below…
During his set at the T-Mobile Arena, he told the capacity crowd:
“I apologize to each of you for mistakes I made in the past, I apologize to children and those who were offended. As a man I am here facing the issue.”
The married father of two went on to conclude on a more encouraging note, adding:
“Your past does not define your future, you decide your future decide from today.”
